Founder's Welcome

It is my privilege to welcome you to our Inaugural Employee Resource Group Conference 2023 which is scheduled to take place September 5-7, 2023 (Virtual). This year's theme is “Maximizing Your ERGs.” The conference will afford organizations and their ERGs the opportunity to explore the tools and resources necessary to build a diverse workforce and remain competitive on the global stage. The conference speakers will discuss a variety of topics all related to our ever-changing workplace. It is important to recognize that learning leads to growth and growth is essential for change.

The Conference will start on September 5, with the day dedicated to training. The second and third days of the conference will have concurrent sessions throughout the day with 14+ breakout sessions.
